• Ja’Quez Cross sits atop the RB organizational chart, but Butch Jones indicated that we’ll see a rotation of Cross, newcomer Zac Wallace and Brian Snead. Officially, all three RBs ad ORs attached to their names. During the press conference he made special mention of freshman Cedric Hawkins.
• The offensive line is set. For chuckles and giggles, I compared the Arkansas State chart with the one released by Oklahoma. The Red Wolves offensive line outweighs (on average) the Sooners offensive line 314-pounds to 321-pounds.
• Surprisingly missing from the 2-deep: linebacker Cam Jefferey and transfer CB Manny Stokes.
